Definitions

“Company”, “We”, “Our”, or “SeWahh” refers to the registered service brand offering household and eldercare solutions in Nepal.

“User”, “You”, or “Client” refers to the person accessing the website or purchasing any service from SeWahh.

“Service Provider” refers to the maid, caregiver, or cleaner assigned to the User by SeWahh.

Scope of Services

SeWahh provides verified professionals for the following services:

  • Eldercare (daily support, medical care, companionship)

  • Housemaid services (cooking, laundry, daily help)

  • Cleaning services (regular, deep, office, sanitization)

The scope of service is limited to the service details mutually agreed upon during booking. Custom services may require an additional written agreement.

Booking & Scheduling

  • All service bookings must be confirmed via the official website, phone, or WhatsApp.
  • Booking is subject to availability of professionals.
  • Changes to bookings must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

Pricing & Payment

  • Prices for services will be shared transparently before confirmation.
  • Payment is due as per the agreed schedule β€” either in advance or on completion.
  • We accept digital wallets, cash, or bank transfer.
  • No refunds are provided after a service has been rendered unless quality concerns are validated.

Service Provider Conduct

  • All professionals are background-verified and trained by SeWahh.
  • Any misconduct or breach should be reported immediately.
  • Users must not solicit service providers for direct employment without involving SeWahh.

User Responsibilities

  • Users must provide a safe and respectful environment for the assigned professionals.
  • Users are responsible for securing valuables and maintaining personal boundaries.
  • Any abusive, inappropriate, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate service termination.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.
  • Frequent cancellations may affect future booking priority.
  • Emergency cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Limitation of Liability

  • SeWahh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of service use.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in dispute.

Intellectual Property

All content on the website, including text, graphics, branding, and images, is the property of SeWahh and protected under copyright law.

Modifications to Terms

SeWahh reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Users will be notified of material changes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal.
